CIVIL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRANSGENDERS IN THE CONTEXT OF ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE

Abstract

Man is unable to live alone in this world; he is compelled to coexist with others. In order to meet his basic requirements and alleviate suffering, he depends on the collaboration of other people. It becomes a rational and physical right that others should help him, consider his rights and duties. Islam, being a religion of nature, emphasizes the importance of basic human rights, emphasizes the fulfillment of basic human rights and provides guidance on the rights and duties of every member of the society so that a peaceful society can grow and flourish. People can live with mutual peace and security. In the article under review, the Islamic teachings regarding the important component of the society "transgenders" were presented. In which we will know that transgenders are also respected members of this society, Islam recognizes their respectability and exhorts its followers to treat transgenders with all their basic human rights. They should also be given a respectable place in the society, they also have their basic human rights like ordinary people.
